All services are provided by trained technicians either at your location or at our workshop, depending on the type of repair required.


3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone.
  • We aim to provide timely service, but appointment slots are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delays.

4. Service Charges & Payments

  • Service charges will be explained during the booking or upon inspection.
  • Additional costs (e.g., replacement parts) will be informed in advance.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or any other accepted payment methods.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

5. Warranty

  • We offer a limited warranty on select services and spare parts, typically valid for 30–90 days (unless otherwise stated).
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs after our service.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Refunds will only be processed if a prepayment was made and the service could not be delivered due to our fault.
  • No refunds for diagnostic charges once the inspection is completed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability at the scheduled time.
  • Provide clear access to the appliance for inspection and repair.
  • Avoid tampering with the appliance post-repair to keep the warranty valid.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality service, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses due to appliance downtime or delays in service.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during service booking will only be used for providing service and will not be shared without consent. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
